The Keystone™ Stem is the latest addition to the Libertas® Hip Portfolio: a short, metaphyseal fit-and-fill cementless femoral stem built on the proven geometry of the Libertas® TR Stem.

It combines proximal-only dual coating, a reduced lateral shoulder profile, and a radiused distal tip to address the two biggest challenges of direct anterior insertion, while preserving the reconstructive flexibility surgeons rely on to restore native biomechanics.

Two neck angles plus a dedicated high-offset lateral option allow soft-tissue tensioning without changing leg length.

Ti-GrowthC® Titanium Plasma Spray + HA applied only where biologic fixation is intended, preserving distal bone.

Collared & Collarless Options

Supports diverse surgical philosophies. 18 sizes (4–24) per configuration cover the full anatomical range.
